Hertz as a brand had negative sentiment across its profile. Simply, we had to do something to get people to like Hertz again. So, we relaunched Hertz with a new brand persona and perspective. We landed on the perfect personalities, local customers, and employees.

One of the projects I helped roll out was “On The Lot,” an original content series where we go on the rental parking lot of a Hertz Rental to drum up some excitement, see what’s going on with employees, and make the Hertz experience better.
