Like many, FedEx is facing a worker shortage. And now, FedEx isn’t just competing with other delivery companies for workers, they compete with Nike, Amazon, and other major brands for people to work in their facilities.

My take to get people working at FedEx was to get people to feel more connected to the brand. If people feel like they can do some good in their job or work on something cool, then they would be more likely to apply. That’s what lead us to create the spot World of Difference.
